Refund & Return Policy – The Boss Babe Company

At The Boss Babe Company, we take pride in providing high-quality raw and virgin hair bundles designed to help ambitious women look and feel their best. Because of the nature of hair products, our return and refund policy is strict to maintain hygiene and quality standards.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Custom Items: All custom, personalized, or made-to-order products are FINAL SALE.

  • Hair Bundles & Wigs: For hygiene reasons, only unopened, unused, and unaltered hair bundles in their original packaging are eligible for return. We cannot accept returns if hair has been installed, washed, dyed, cut, or tampered with in any way.

  • Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

  • Timeline: Customers must request a return within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Clearance items, sale items, wig caps, lashes, and accessories are final sale.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact Boss Babe Support at contact@thebossbabecompany.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, we will provide you with a return address.

  3. Securely package the unused hair in its original packaging.

  4. Ship back using a trackable method and share tracking details with us.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 1–5 business days to your original payment method (minus restocking + shipping fees).

  • Returns that do not meet eligibility will not be refunded and may be shipped back at your expense.

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 5 business days of delivery with clear photos/videos.

  • Approved claims will be refunded or replaced at no cost.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations within 48 hours are eligible for a refund (minus transaction fees).

  • After 48 hours, cancellations are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
