1. Processing vs. Shipping Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

  • Shipping Time: Begins after processing. The item will typically ship within 7-15 business days

2. Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping (7-15 business days) – calculated at checkout.

  • Expedited Shipping (1-3 business days) – available at checkout.

  • Signature Required: All orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.

  • U.S. Orders Only: At this time, we only ship within the United States. Stay tuned as we expand internationally.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Delivery Issues

  • Marked as Delivered but Not Received: If a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received, the customer must file a claim directly with the carrier.

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24–48 hours with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist.
